Data Collection
We collect personal data you voluntarily provide when registering or subscribing to our services — such as your full name, phone number, email address, and physical address. We also automatically collect usage data including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on our site.
We may also collect health-related data with your prior consent, such as your weight, height, and fitness goals, in order to personalise your training and nutrition programmes.
Data Usage
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Managing your account and subscriptions
- Personalising your training and nutrition experience
- Sending notifications about classes and offers
- Improving our services and user experience
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
Mobile App
The Power Sport mobile app for iOS and Android collects the following in addition to the account data described above. Each permission is requested only when you use the feature that needs it, and each can be refused or withdrawn in your device settings.
- Location: collected only while the app is open, to confirm that trainers and staff are physically at their branch when recording attendance, and to show members their nearest branches. It is never collected in the background, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising.
- Camera: used only to take a profile photo, and not accessed at any other time.
- Photos: used only to upload a profile photo from your device.
- Phone number: used to sign you in with a one-time code sent by SMS, and to identify your membership.
- Crash and diagnostic reports: collected through Sentry to find technical faults and improve stability. These contain no health data and no location data.
- Payments: there are no payments in the app. Memberships are paid for at the branch, and the app collects no card or payment details.
Deleting your account: open the app, go to Settings and choose "Delete account". Your account is closed as soon as you confirm, your profile stops appearing anywhere in the app, and your access to your membership ends. If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered address using the details in the Contact section below and we will delete the account for you. Records we are legally required to keep — attendance, invoices and payroll entries — are retained for the period required by Saudi accounting and labour regulations, and are not used for any other purpose.
Data Protection
We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Restricting data access to authorised employees only
- Periodic security reviews of our systems
- Compliance with data protection standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to the processing of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
