Delete your account

Power Sport app and website (powersportksa.net). You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the website or the app, without contacting us.

Ways to delete your account

On the website

No need to install the app.

  1. 1Sign in at powersportksa.net with your phone number.
  2. 2Open "My profile" in the member portal.
  3. 3Scroll to "Delete account" and tap "Delete my account".
  4. 4Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

In the app

On iPhone and Android.

  1. 1Open the Power Sport app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to "My account", then "Settings".
  3. 3Tap "Delete account".
  4. 4Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

Can't sign in?

Contact us from the phone number registered on your account, or visit any branch, and we will delete the account for you once we have confirmed it is yours.

What happens when you delete

  • Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.
  • You can no longer sign in with it, and it no longer appears in the app or on the website.
  • All messages and notifications to you stop.
  • Deleting does not cancel or refund a paid subscription by itself. If you have days left, talk to your branch before deleting.

What we keep and why

  • Invoices, payments and subscription history: kept for as long as Saudi law requires for financial and tax records. Your name and phone number stay attached to these records only.
  • Attendance and class history: kept as part of the club's operational records, and never used to contact you.

Erasing the rest of your data

Once the account is deleted, your profile details (photo, body measurements, goals, date of birth, email) are no longer shown or used. If you want them erased from our systems permanently, contact us and we will erase them within 30 days of confirming your identity.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can edit or clear your details in "My profile", or ask us to delete specific data (such as body measurements) by contacting us.

Changed your mind?

Any branch can reactivate your account with the same phone number, unless your data has already been permanently erased.
